The award winning B2B Marketing Agency was founded in 2002 and since inception, has grown to a staff of over 20, who are located across the United States. Even pre-pandemic, all employees had been working remotely from their homes. Except for 1 staff member, all employees are W2 employees, and the vast majority works full-time for the agency.
Employee retention is excellent. In 20 years of operations, THE AGENCY has had just 4 employees leave them voluntarily, and all 4 of these individuals continue to engage with, work with, or refer business to THE AGENCY.
THE AGENCY is growing rapidly, they have added 3 employees, and a significant amount of revenue, since January 2022. Revenues have grown from $1.5 million in 2017, to $2.6 million in 2021. Annualized Q1 2022 revenues are at $3.7 million. Sellers Discretionary Earnings (SDE) have grown from $430,000 in 2017, to $600,000 in 2021. Annualized Q1 2022 SDE are at over $1.5 million. Management believes the significant increase in revenue and profitability in Q1 2022 versus the year before, is sustainable.
Clients are located across the United States and internationally and come from many different industries. In 2021, just under 60 different clients contributed to revenues, with the largest client accounting for 10% of revenues. 33% of the current client base sells globally. 10% of the clients are hyper-local. 23% of current clients have Parent Companies outside the US. Of that set of clients there is, roughly, a 50/50 split on THE AGENCY working with the Parent or with the US Headquarters only.
